Turn off power to your ceiling fan. Please use a small size tool to change the frequency settings on the back of the remote and return power to the ceiling fan.
Within 60 seconds of turning the fan's power on, press and hold the stop button for 10 seconds.
The fan's light will blink twice, and the fan will rotate for a short period of time and then shut off.
If unsuccessful, please contact the manufacturer, as the issue may be the receiver in the fan and not the remote.
